SAHIL “PYTHON” PATEL

Having spent most of his life overweight, Sahil decided to pursue a life of fitness at the age of 19.

“Admittedly I only started working out to pick up women, but along the way I fell in love with the process. My whole life I felt like I couldn’t be the kind of person who would workout. But when I started seeing results and seeing how I had control over how I saw myself, everything changed.”

Certified in personal training and nutrition, Sahil now uses his expertise, years of experience and personal journey to help those in a similar situation to his own.

“The biggest thing for me was not the physical transformation but rather how I came into my own as a person. Diligently working hard to better myself helped me find who I was. The change in self worth and confidence is something I want everyone to be able to experience”

 

JEMAL “J” OSBOURNE

Jemal grew up naturally being an athletic and active child. With a strong love for sports, a career in fitness was the natural next step.

“I’ve always loved sports and just being active. So to be able to help others find a passion in fitness was important to me on a personal level. I think everyone can love physical activity, with the right coach”

Jemal is an expert in mobility training and strongly believes in training smart. Focusing on longevity and allowing the body to move in a full range of motion safely.
